In this patch, I added some requested features

• /tpa <Player>
  • Send a teleportation request to a player
• /tpahere <Player>
  • Send a teleport here request to a player
• /tpaaccept
  • Accepts the latest teleportation request
• /tpadeny
  • Denies the latest teleportation request
• /bsbreload
  • Reloads the config.yml, without reloading the whole server
• Change the tablist, rank prefixes and suffixes like here https://imgur.com/a/xRMh0WH
  • Also works in the chat
