This update improves the "/tp" command to also work with player names. It will still only teleport the player who is using the command.

  /tp <playerName>
  /tp <x> <y> <z>
• Changed OP login message to plugin version.
• Changed default prefix in settings.yml. If you are updating, delete settings.yml so it regenerates.
