Fixed the bug where the generator split system is not working!
Made the generator's radius to be configured in each arena instead of being configured in the config.yml!

NOTE: You have to replace the configuration section (gen-split-radius) with (default-gen-split-radius)
in the config.yml or the plugin will make bugs!
