You can now set a server spawn. If set, brand new players will spawn here on their first server join.
If a player dies, they will respawn here unless they have a bed or are using a respawn anchor.

Commands:
- Added /setspawn (Sets the spawn)
- Added /spawn (Teleports to spawn)

Permissions:
- bare. setspawn
- bare.spawn

Other:
Fixed null error when a user tries to tab-complete his homes without having ever made any.
