Lets your players create their own way to fast travel using banners1.1.0 Config update, Permissions changes and particles
Version 1.1.0 changes:
- New settings option which only allows portals to be created while player is sneaking
- Time between creating portals can now be set
- Time between teleportation can now be set
- Cool flame ring particles when players use a portal (optional)
- New permissions to bypass cooldowns
- Permission bannerportals.use will now allow players to use portals. New permission bannerportals.create will allow players to create them
