[4.5.3-RELEASE] Item tab custom names, Inventory title placeholders
Add item tab custom names.
Add placeholders to inventory titles:
<player>, <bank_money>, <bank_exp>, <bank_exp_level>, <bank_slots>,<bank_used_slots>
Fix issue with player timed lock checks.
