Updated for 1.16 support
Refactored code and moved config info into a separate class for readability
Added Protocolize as an optional dependency to create an empty "limbo" that players are in during reconnection
Ensures action bar is resent periodically so that it won't fade away if the reconnect time is too long
Adds a config option to change how fast the number of dots will update
Player is optionally left in limbo if unable to reconnect to any server
Updated code to take advantage of BungeeCord's new server priority methods
