Automatically reloads/loads plugins, even updating a plugins code! (PlugMan v2)[1.3.0] Multiple changes
• Added support up to 1.20.4.
• Changed the config.yml messages.
• Removed the ColorAPI class and implemented its single method into the main class.
• Tweaked some performance issues I noticed with the PluginAPI.
