Automatically reloads/loads plugins, even updating a plugins code! (PlugMan v2)[1.0.8] Added tab completion support
(1) » Added full tab completion support for all sub-commands that have usage for a plugin.
(2) » Fixed error when using new version sub-command. (Forgot to add the message in the config.yml. Oops)
(3) » Made it so if the sub-command used is unknown, you get a message telling you so. ('messages.Sub-command-Unknown')
(4) » CMI will now work due to the previous versions new 'Load-Data-Delay' configurability.
(5) » Skript has been added to the default 'Ignore-Plugins' as it will break Skripts extensions. (No support for Skript will be added)
(6) » Made '/plugman' an alias and not an overwritten command.
(7) » Added '/apl rc' as an alias for '/apl reloadconfig'.
