Enabled support for 1.17 by correcting bug in the latest API version that prevented titles from displaying. Additionally, support for hex color codes was added to the config, and an auto-tab was incorporated for the reload command.

This update is backwards compatible and can be used in 1.16 versions if you desire the hex and/or auto-tab features.
