Didnt have to do much just hunt down what/where/how arrows got changed. Wasnt too bad possibly gonna look into making it so all 'special' arrows/enhanced ones can not be saved. Kinda wouldnt make sense for allowing enhanced ammo to be saved like this. but who knows for now plugin works exactly as before, didnt even have to convert to the API yet might save that for 1.18 as then also will be increasing java version to 17.
