Update to the latest WolfyUtilities | v1.6.0.0
This update makes the ArmorStandTool compatible with WolfyUtilities v1.6

Changelog
  • Updated Language and reload command to the new API version
  • Config file now uses Jackson instead of the JsonConfiguration
  • Removed old yml files
  • The pom is now using my own maven repository which caches all the repositories.
