• Added blacklist option to global envoys.
• Fixed a bug that prevent plugin from searching for new locations when no appropriate location was found.
• Plugin will now check world minimum height instead of instead of assuming 0 (little bit late for that).
• Updated XSeries for the 1.19 materials and sounds.
