AnimatedTablist + BukkitVersion methods update

General:

Added version structure information(major, minor & patch) to the debug message on startup

AnimatedTablist:

Added method to the TTA_Methods class to send a animated tablist (header & footer) to a player

TTA_Methods.sendAnimatedTablist(Player player, List<String> headers, List<String> footers, int refreshRateInTicks);
- the refreshRateInTicks affects both the header and footer
The wiki entry for the tablist got updated (https://github.com/herby2212/TTA/wiki/Tablist#sendanimatedtablist)

BukkitVersion:

Added functions to directly get the major, minor and patch version of the servers MC version
