Update to MapManager
- updated to use MapManager
- should solve issues with overwritten vanilla maps
- added placeholder image for loading maps (can be changed in /plugins/AnimatedFrames/af_loading.png)
- please use the MapManager API, since this plugin's API is no longer fully available
