New Token System & Bug Fixing
- New permission: aibuilds.aibuilds to use /aibuilds command.
- Brand new token system. Use /aibuilds token give/set <player-name> <token>. To change the tokens that a player can have. (This command requires permission aibuilds.admin). Every build consumes 1 token.
- Bug Fixing for the messages shown by the plugin.
