Starting off the new year with another round of bug fixes and quality of life changes. Resolved a few annoying issues.

Notes:
- Prevented multiple players from opening an AutoMiner at the same time
- Fixed Lapis not working in AutoMiners in older versions
- Made AutoMiner only work in the Overworld
- Clarified that fuel cannot be refilled
- Made Spirit Leash incompatible with 1.8.9
- Chests with the same name as AdvancedWeapon inventories now function properly
- Excess Dust and Weapons purchased now drop for a full inventory
- Increased Dust prices
- Balanced Dust drop chances
- Nether ores and Ancient Debris now have a chance to drop Dust
- Added insufficient Dust message
- Edit with "insufficient-dust-msg:" in config - Added insufficient inventory space message
- Edit with "insufficient-space-msg:" in config - Fixed console errors when removing a Machine with "/aw config"
- Add this to config.yml:
Code (Text):insufficient-dust-msg: "&cYou do not have enough Dust."
insufficient-space-msg: "&cDropped items that do not fit in your inventory."
