A small patch to fix a mistake with "/hideme" in the last update.

- Fixed a problem with "/hideme"
- Each player now has an individual list of who they are hidden from
- Previously, each player shared the same list
- This made it so multiple players couldn't hide from the same person - Removed "/runes"
- This command was removed to focus on building current features instead of working on new ones
- May be added back in the future
