Hi there, new untested update !

Bug fixes:
- Issue #6 on Gitlab for 1.8.8 servers

Changes:
- Added lang.yml to put whatever you want as a result, you can also deactivate all of them or some of them (even the error messages :kappa: )
- Radio permissions are now :

• anbs.radio.join | Join all the existing radios
• anbs.radio.join.{radio} | Join a specific radio

- Added some PlaceHolders that i forgot to put in the first updates :

• player_radio_name | Returns the name of the radio or nothing
• player_radio_listeners | Returns the number of listeners in the radio (or nothing)

Like everytime, if you find any problems -> DMs and Gitlab (best is Gitlab)
