Advanced StaffChat -----
Useful in-game staff chat so staff can communicate with ease!New Features!
ADDED:
- Response when toggling on and off staff chat. Example: "You have enabled StaffChat!"
- Reminders when joining the server on whether you are in staff chat or public chat!
- If staff chat is enabled, you no longer need to do /sc [message]. Its now just [message]. If you want to make a sole message, you can still do /sc [message]!
