[+] Revamped shop system, now you can choose between Normal Shop and Rotating Shop for the built-in shop system. (everything is configurable)
[+] Added new options to set the starting balance of player's mobcoins.
[+] Now Physical Mobcoins can use custom head textures.
[+] Added /mobcoins refresh command to refresh rotating shop items.
[+] Added new feature to limit player from purchasing specific item.
