Added possibility of stopping inventory interactions when cuffed
New config entry:
Code (YAML):
stop-interact-when-cuffed : false
Defaults to false (previous behaviour).

New message:
Code (YAML):
cuffed-cannot-interact : "&6You are cuffed and thus cannot use your inventory right now"
