SimpleCommands is a plugin which has basic commands that every server should have.

Commands:
/scbc <message> -> Broadcast a message
/scheal -> Heal yourself
/scinventory <player> -> Check the inventory of a player
/scping -> Check your latency
/screload -> Reload the plugin

Permissions:
simplecommands.bc -> Permission to execute /scbc
simplecommands.heal -> Permission to execute /scheal
simplecommands.inventory -> Permission to execute /scinventory
simplecommands.reload -> Permission to execute /screload
