This plugin is a lightweight ActionBar announce plugin. In addition to sending messages continuously, it also provides many useful features. I think it is worth your experience.

┃ Features

• Support Spigot/Paper Chat Component detect.
• Asynchronous processing, will not cause server lag.
• Pure ProtocolLib to process ActionBar messages.
• Can detect if another message is occupying the ActionBar and temporarily stop sending messages.
• You can configure multiple different messages, define the sending interval/permission/sending times of each message, etc.
• Can send Json messages.
• Contains a cache recording system, which can detect whether the message sent is the same as the message currently displayed by the player, saving your network bandwidth.
