Commands:
/ipencryptor - The main command of the plugin.
/alts <name> - Check the possible alt accounts of a user.
/lookup <name> - Get some information about the specified player.

Installation:
1. Download the plugin.
2. Put the plugin file in your plugin folder.
3. Restart your server.
4. Execute /ipencryptor to check if the plugin is loaded.
5. Enjoy the plugin.

Permissions:
ipencryptor.lookup - With this permission you can execute /lookup
ipencryptor.alts - With this permission you can execute /alts
ipencryptor.check - With this permission you get a message when someone with more than 2 alts joined the server.
