CIVILIZATIONS Version 1.1.0
Civilizations is a plugin developed originally for a private server, now being made public!
This plugin allows players to create civilizations and gather together. Each civilization can then create builds and request them to be judged, a process done by admins.
The builds are given a score between 0-100, and each score goes to a total pool of Civilization Points, which then allows the civilization to rank up and gain benefits depending on the amount of Civ Points it has.
Players receive individual rank points depending on the amount of Civ Points in their civilization. Individual Rank Points can be used to gain different titles and permissions in the server.
