• Any economy plugin compatible with Vault, I suggest using EssentialsX - Download,
• Permissions plugin, although it is not required.

Features:

• Create money notes which you can later use in any way you want!

Commands:

• wthrdraw <amount> - allows you to withraw money from your bank account and gives you a money note,
• papermoney reload - reloads the config.

Permissions:

• papermoney reload - allows you to reload the config.

You can customize everything in this plugin in it's config.
