Spice Chat Filter [SCF]

Brief description:
I am aware of server owners like myself who would just like to simply drag and drop a plugin and let it work without much (if any) configuration.

If you are one of these people, I suggest using Spice Chat Filter.
This is one of Spice Development's first project (s) and is of course incredibly simplistic.

The plugin should work on all versions.

What it does:
Due to this plugin's incredible simplicity, all that this plugin does is listens out for any of your players using basic inappropriate words, posting links or spamming and then (not allowing the message to be sent,) messages the player with what they sent and tells them that it can't be sent.

Commands and permissions:

/scf - Main command for SCF - no permission
/scf help - Displays the available commands - scf.staff
/scf reload - Reloads SCF - scf.staff
/scf settimer - Sets the antispam timer in seconds - scf.staff
/scf setenable - Enables or disables SCF - scf.staff

Other permissions:

scf.bypass.* - Wildcard for bypassing all measures
scf.bypass.spam - Bypass antispam measures
scf.bypass.filter - Bypass chatfilter measures
scf.bypass.links - Bypass antilink measures
