About BetterMobs
BetterMobs is a highly configurable Minecraft plugin which allows you to make mobs much stronger and more unique. It creates custom mechanics and gameplay which makes the game challenging again. Many modules are turned off by default, please check out the config to enable them yourself!
Motivation
I always felt like Minecraft mobs are too weak in the normal game. That's why I developed this plugin many times in my life. This is the first time I am actually releasing it to the public. Installation
- Download the newest version of the plugin from GitHub or Spigot.
- Put the downloaded file in your ./server/plugins directory.
- Start the server and let the plugin auto generate the configuration files.
- Enable the special mobs you like. All the special mobs are disabled by default.
- Restart the server or do /bm reload in the Minecraft chat
- Enjoy!

Statistics
BetterMobs collects anonymous statistics. These statistics are being used to motivate me developing the application & make the plugin more usable for people.
If you don't like anonymous statistics and want to opt-out you can easily do that with the following steps. Open the file /plugins/bStats/config.yml and set enabled to false.
