Create your networt without bunngecord
Commands:
/bcs CreateServer: Create your world server
/bcs SetVersion: Set version from your server
/server: Go to server
/bcs: list look at server list
/bcs: Delete
To Put Plugins In Your Server Go to the plugin folder and in the Server folder you will see all the servers that you have created
You go into the server folder that you created And go to the plugins server folder and put the ones you want
Requires :Java 8 Onwards
Requires : 4 Gigabytes of ram
