So what This Skript does is: it makes a /rank command which can be used like:

/rank help : Sends the Help Message
/rank set : Sets a Rank for a Player
/rank create : Creates a Rank
/rank delete : Deletes a Rank
/rank addperm : Adds a Permission to a Rank
/rank delperm : Removes a Permission from a Rank
/rank list : Lists all Ranks

Usage:

/rank help
/rank set [rank] user [player]
/rank create [rank]
/rank delete [rank]
/rank addperm [rank] [perm]
/rank delperm [rank] [perm]
/rank list
