Stand on the block where you want to put the NPC later. Write the command /hypeset [name]. Then put the NPC on this block.

Now after using the /hype [name] command, an effect will appear around the NPC.

• Download the plugin and put it in the plugins folder.
  
• Start the server.
• Stand on the block where the NPC will stand and enter the command:
  1. /hypeset [name]
• Put an NPC on this block.
  
• Now, after using the command, the effect will be visible.
  1. /hype [name]
