DungeonMobs -----

A plugin to create a dungeonlike experience with customisable mobs and loot.

Here you can download the plugin for previous minecraft versions:

Hi there! I made this plugin on request and it turned out to be pretty good and easy to use, so I thought I should share it with the world :D

-= About =-

DungeonMobs is a plugin for making dungeons with custom mobs and loot. It has an incredible and easy to use GUI where you can customise your mobs and their loot. After you're done with the customization, you set up some spawn points for your mobs and the dungeon is ready to go.

1. step: Creating a custom mob
You can create a new custom mob just by a single command:

/dmob create [typeID]

(typeID must be unique otherwise it will override your existing mob)

2. step: Editing your mob
After creating the new mob, the editing GUI will automatically open. If you close the GUI, you can open it again with the following command:

/dmob edit [typeID]

Things you can do in the GUI:
  • DisplayName: You can change the mob's name after you click on the nametag. You just have to type the new name in the chat. (You can use the Essentials color coding.)
  • Armor and weapon: As you can see on the picture below, there are 5 barriers in the GUI. These barriers indicate the 4 armor slot and the weapon slot. You can change the mob's equipment by putting the desired armor or weapon in the corresponding slot.
  • Mob Type: You can change the type of the mob by placing a spawn egg in the mob type slot. (The default type is zombie)
  • HP and Damage: After clicking on one of the 2 potions, you can change the HP and damage of the mob by typing the desired value on chat.
  • Loot chance: You can specify at which percent should the mob drop loot on death. (Same as before. You just have to type it in)
  • Follow range: You can change the follow range, but it doesn't affect the detection range. It might get removed in the future.
  • Loot: You can set up the loot table for the mob after clicking on the chest. (More on that later.)
  • Delete mob: You can delete your mob by clicking on the lava bucket. (WARNING: It will delete your custom mob permanently so think twice before deleting it.)

3. step: Setting up the loot table
The last thing you should set up is the loot table.
After you click on the chest in the GUI a new inventory will open.
All you have to do is put the items you want into this inventory and after that you can set the drop chance by right clicking.

4. step: Summoning the mob
Now you can spawn your freshly created mob. First you must stand in the position where you want it to spawn and then run the following command:

/dmob summon [typeID] [ID] [spawnTimeInSeconds]

(ID must be unique otherwise it will override your existing mob)

spawnTimeInSeconds defines at what delay will the mob respawn after killing it.

You can also remove any unwanted mob using /dmob delete [ID]

Here are some pictures of a fully configured mob:

Permissions needed to use the commands:
