Repair talisman
While it's in your inventory every 3 seconds it repairs your items.

Feeding talisman
While it's in your inventory every 2 seconds it fills your hunger bar by 1.

Flying boots
While it's equipped you can fly like if you are in creative mode.
This does nothing if you are in creative mode.

Healing talisman
While it's in your inventory every 1 seconds it heals you by 2 hp (1 heart).

Explosive pickaxe
When breaking a block with this, it creates an explosion, that will drop all the exploded blocks.

Lucky charm
You can combine it with an ore after you crafted it and that ore will be added to that lucky charm.
If you rightclick with a lucky charm with ores in it, it will turn random stones around the clicked block into those ores and the lucky charm will disappear.
