Permissions:

• hyperbans.use | Use /ban, /tempban, /unban
• hyperbans.use.info | Use /baninfo
• hyperbans.viewip | Use /viewip, also shows user ip in /baninfo
• hyperbans.bypass | Prevent from being banned and having ip viewed
