A very simple kits plugin with partial mysql storage (cooldowns). Can be used on a standalone spigot server, but most useful application of this is: if you have network of multiple spigot servers and want to sync kits cooldowns.

Note, that only cooldowns for kits are stored in database, and kit context is stored locally. It is very possible to create multiple kits under same name for different servers and sync only the cooldown.
