LootMonsters allows you to create and customize naturally spawning monsters that drop special loot. You can create completely custom monsters with special armor, potion effects, and loot and configure their chance to spawn naturally. The plugin will generate a commented example file after first being run that you can use to guide you in creating your own monsters.
