1) Get the plugin wand with /koth givewand
2) Select the zone (as in world edit) with the plugin wand
3) run the command /koth create <id> <name>, example: /koth create mykoth1 &b&lKoth Number 1
4) To check that everything works, execute the command /koth start <id>, example: /koth start mykoth1


To create a reward of any kind, execute the command /reward create <id> <type> <chances> <command>

If the reward is of type item, put the item in your hand and execute /reward create <id> item <chances>, example: /reward create reward1 item 100

If the reward is command type, run /reward create <id> command <chances> <command>, example: /reward create reward2 command 100 give %player% diamond 1
