This plugin helps you manage your server announcements!
Commands:

/announce <player> <type> <msg>
Use the /announce command to send out announcements on your server!
Player can be either a nickname or ' global' to send it as a global announcement.
Type - msg (message) / warn (warning) when sending to player
Type - ann (announcement) / warn (warning) when sending to all players

/setfine <player> <amount> <unit>
Sets a fine to a player. Amount and unit both can be set by you.

/fine <player> [reason]
Sets a reason for the fine created before. Announces it to the chat globally.

When fining a person, please use /setfine first, then /fine!

/getfine <player> <all/id> <optional parameter 'remove'>
Gets the information about the players' fines.
All prints out all of the player's fines. Entering an id of a fine print out the info of this fine. When using /getfine an optional remove parameter can be added with the id. This will remove the fine from that person.

/sendpr <fineid> <target>
Sends a fine payment request to the specified player.
Hold an item (unit) that the player has to pay. The amount will be set from the fine.
If the fined player has the required amount of items, the transaction will take place.

All fines are saved and stored in a file called fines.yml.

Fine ids are seen when searching for player's fines using /getfine <player> all.
