This plugin does not allow players to go to anothere dimension other than default world.Banned Dimensions
Banned Dimension is a plugin that bans other dimensions.When you enter a portal it teleports you to your worlds spawnpoint.You can change your worlds spawnpoint by using command
/setworldspawn ~ ~ ~ ).The old name was LightCore so it might download as LightCore.jar.The plugin is still under development so there might be bugs.But if you want to try it you can download it from here
