It is a plugin where that if you type /changeteam it will open up a GUI where you can choose a custom team and after you chosen type /kits and you can choose what kit you want.

TO SET UP THE PLUGIN CORRECTLY, WHEN THE zip FOLDER FINISHES DOWNLOADING, OPEN THE README.TXT FILE AND
READ IT!

And also if you choose a team with leather armour on it will change the colour of the armour by what colour team you chose.
