Customized /version and /seed

Functionalities:

• Change /version (with alias /ver, /icanhasbukkit and /? support) and /seed command output
• Block the TabCompletion after all of the plugin-supported commands.
  
• with Permission to still show the original output
  
• HEX-Color Support (RGB Codes)
  
• Easily Configurable

This Plugin allows you to change the outputs from /version and /seed.
It has an easy config with comments of course.
