FlySpeed is a simple plugin for players to change their's or another player's fly or walk speed.

----- Usage -----:
Simply run /speed <speed>, where <speed> is the number representing your fly/walk speed. Currently, the range of speeds is 1-9.

To change walk/fly speed for yourself:
/speed <speed>

To change walk/fly speed for someone else:
/speed <speed> <player>

To reset both fly/walk speeds to default:
/speed reset

To reset both fly/walk speeds to default for someone else:
/speed reset <player>

Whether you want to set the fly or walk speed depends on if you are flying when the command is run. For example, if you run "/speed 5" while flying, your fly speed is changed, but if you run the same command while walking (not flying), your walk speed will change.
