This plugin is a simple administrative or development plugin which allows you to get the Base64 code of the item you are holding in your hand.

If a plugin requires Base64 for some configuration or if you are making a plugin which uses/requires base64, this is the plugin for you, and by doing one command you can get the base64 code!

When you do /tobase64 command it will upload the base64 code to hastebin and will provide you a link in chat.
