This is a simple plugin for servers spigot 1.13 or higher up to 1.17.1 that allows you players in survival mode to edit server join and quit messages

PERMISSIONS:
The plugin has no permissions

INSTALLATION:
- Stop the server
- Download the jar file
- Put it in the plugins folder
- Restart the server
