Commands:
/sudo <Player|c> </Command|message>
for example:
/sudo c /reload confirm - The console executes the command "/reload confirm"
/sudo BigBrain hi how's it going - The player Big Brain sends a message "hi how's it going"
/sudo Notch /give @s command_block - The player Notch executes the command "/give @s command_block"

How to install:
Download Sudo
Put the Sudo.jar in the plugins folder
join server and run command /reload confirm or /restart
