onesleep.toggle - Ability to use the /onesleep command​

How to Configure
If you just want to enable/disable it, you can just do /onesleep [enable/disable] to enable or disable it from in game. If you want to change the "You can only sleep during the day" message, you will need to go into the config and do so.​
