Commands:
- /prefixcolor : Opens PrefixColor Menu (prefixcolor.use)
- /prefixcolor reload : Reloads Configuration And Data (prefixcolor.reload)

Permissions:
prefixcolor.use | Permission To Open GUI And Select Color
prefixcolor.reload | Permission To Reload Config And Data
prefixcolor.bold | Permission To Use Bold In The Menu

How It Works:
You select a color in "/prefixcolor" and there will be some placeholders to use
%prefixcolor_prefix%
%prefixcolor_color%
so the prefix placeholder will be returned like the format in default config
for example in config.yml it is [%prefix%]. and the placeholder will return for example [Titan]. The word 'Titan' is the players primary group with caps at the first letter. if the color is not set it will return the default placeholder you set with any permission plugin. and the color placeholder is the color set. if it is not set the placeholder will return the color set in config. to use this placeholder. you can use LPC or any chat formatting plugin that supports placeholders. and TAB for the tablist
