EffectOPapers
This plugin allows you to craft and use any of the effects up to level 5.
Some effects don't have a level system because there is no difference in higher levels.
This also has commands to give yourself those effect papers.
Commands:
/effectopapers <effect> <level>
/effectopapers all <level>
(This will give you all of them at that level)
In order to enable/disable them:
To enable you have to right-click the paper in any inventory. (With your hand doesn't work.)
To disable you will need to do the same as enable except you will need to use your middle mouse button.
(Note that on death they will reset.)
