This plugin gives you a timer above your Hotbar!

Commands:
- timer sec <seconds to set>
- timer min <minutes to set>
- timer hour <hours to set>
- timer toggle (if timer active stopps and if timer inactive timer resumes)
- timer reset (set timer to 0)
- timer offline (hides the timer and stop it from counting)
- timer online (shows the timer again)
